1. Booking and Reservation

Standard Rate:

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total rental fee via bank transfer.
• The remaining balance of the rental fee is to be paid prior to check-in.
• If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is fully refundable.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total reservation cost.
• In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
  
  

Non-refundable Rate:

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the full rental fee within one week after booking.
• Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee.
  
  

2. Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
• No exceptions are made to this policy, including cases of force majeure.
  
  

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 15:00 - 20:00 on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time: 08:00 - 11:00 on the day of departure.
• The owner will personally welcome guests and provide the keys to the villa.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional fee.
  
  

4. Occupancy Limits

• The maximum number of guests allowed in the villa is 4 (1 king-size bed and 2 single beds).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• No additional guests are permitted to stay overnight, and exceeding the occupancy limit may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
  
  

5. Loss and Damage

• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
• The management is not liable for any personal belongings and valuables left in the villa. Complimentary safe deposit boxes are provided for guests' convenience, subject to the terms and conditions for use.
  
  

6. Pets and Smoking

• Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A penalty may apply for violations.
  
  

7. Liability

• The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
• Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover personal belongings and potential trip interruptions.
  
  

8. General House Rules

• Parties and events are not permitted on the property.
• Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors, maintaining noise levels at a reasonable level.
